Premise
Reunion follows six friends over the course of twenty years (1986 to 2006) of events with each episode showing a different year of their lives. The first episode reveals that one of the friends will be dead in twenty years – possibly at the hand of one of the others. The mystery of who kills who will be a major plot of the series.

Our Take
The competition in this time slot will be intense. Additionally, this may be a series that requires a stronger commitment than viewers are willing to give. However, FOX’s expectations for Thursday night may be lower and the unique concept may make them willing to be patient.

Premise
Everybody Hates Chris is Chris Rock’s answer to The Wonder Years. Narrated by comedian Rock himself, this series will follow the life and struggles of a younger version of himself at school and at home.

Our Take
Everybody Hates Chris is one of the more buzz-worthy shows this season. While the competition is tough, UPN can easily settle for lower returns. Additionally, they will not be quick to abandon what many are proclaiming the best new sitcom of 2005/2006.

Premise
Inspired (even if the producers deny it) by the movie Hitch, Love, Inc. is about a full-service dating consultation group where the employees act as “wingman” in helping to make their clients successful in the dating world. Their own love lives are, of course, a different issue.

Note: Shannon Doherty, one of the featured actors in the pilot, has been replaced

Our Take
The competition is tough, and we do not even know how the show will look post-Doherty. Given that the buzz of Everybody Hates Chris will not help much at 9:30pm, this show will only survive if UPN has really low expectations.
