Premise
After the producer of late-night variety show Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip interrupts the program with an on-air tirade against the network, the senior executives are left with a political nightmare. Hoping to salvage the situation, newly installed network president Jordan McDeere decides to recruit two ex-show writers to take over the reins

Our Take
Aaron Sorkin knows quality (i.e., West Wing before he left the show) and Studio 60 is among the more buzzworthy shows this year. However, having to live up to the buzz may actually be detrimental to this program. There is also the fact that CSI Miami is clearly established in this time-slot

Premise

Our Take
WB always had a problem finding 9pm shows to follow 7th Heaven. Changing the network’s name to CW (as Monday is basically a WB schedule) will not necessarily resolve the problem. Additionally, Runaway is not as compatible as Everwood was at 9pm. On the other hand, station changes and new viewing opportunities could positively impact how CW performs

Premise

While telenovelas have proven successful for Telemundo and Univision in the US, there are significantly less Spanish-language options than there are English-language options (as MYNT will need to compete with). However, it should be noted that MYNT is going out of their way to offer higher production values than normally seen with other telenovelas
